Movie Plot: Harvard University professor Robert Langden wakes up in a hospital room in Florence, Italy, with no memory in the past few days, but suffers from hellish vision. Dr. Siana Brooks, a doctor for her, explains that she suffers from amnesia as a result of a bullet in the head. An orderly says police are present to question Langdon, but the officer turned out to be Aisle, a killer who shot The Orderly while coming into the hallway. Sienna helps Langdon escape, and they run into her apartment.

Among Langdon’s personal belongings, Langden and Siana have a faraday pointer, a miniature painting projector, with a modified version of Sandro Bothicley’s Hell of Hell, based on Dante’s inferno himself. They soon realised that this was the first clue in the trail left by a dangerously volatile billionaire geneticist Bertrand Zobist, who believed that drastic measures were necessary to reduce the earth’s growing population, and who were three days after being chased by armed government agents. Earlier, they had committed suicide.
